in 1864 tooth sold cranbrook robert towns successful sydney merchant, shipping company owner, founder of city of townsville, queensland , member of new south wales legislative council. married sophia wentworth (sister william wentworth) , had 2 sons , 3 daughters. when towns died in 1873, cranbrook sold james white.
