buckingham town

in summer of 2009, crocombe signed buckingham town @ age of 16. made 33 senior first team appearances before being spotted scouts of oxford united. despite being goalkeeper scored 1 goal in time @ buckingham town after coming on outfield substitute in 3–1 league defeat.


oxford united

crocombe joined oxford united scholar under youth-team coach chris allen , signed first professional contract in april 2012. whilst @ club, has been coached alan hodgkinson , wayne brown.


crocombe s football league debut came in 1–1 draw burton albion on 29 january 2013. kept first clean sheet club in second league appearance, 1–0 away win on dagenham & redbridge in april 2013, ended five-match winless run. remained in goal rest of league season, keeping 3 consecutive clean sheets 3–0 wins against both rochdale , accrington stanley. in total, crocombe made 6 appearances club , country in debut professional season, conceding 1 goal. in june 2013, signed long-term contract club. 2013–14 season had established himself deputy oxford s long-standing number 1, ryan clarke.


crocombe appeared twice in 2014–15 season, both times in football league cup. in second appearance held premier league side west bromwich albion 1 goal in 120 minutes , saved first 2 spot kicks in penalty shoot-out. @ end of season, included productive loan spell @ nuneaton town, club triggered 2-year option in contract extend stay until end of 2017.


loan nuneaton town

in february 2015, crocombe signed on loan @ conference premier side nuneaton town until end of season. after impressing clean sheet on debut, named in non-league paper s team of day. did not concede goal in of first 6 games , named man of match twice in short spell club.


loan barnet

crocombe loaned barnet on 18 september 2015, bees without senior keeper due injury , suspension.


loan southport

in october 2015 crocombe recalled barnet , sent on three-month loan southport of national league. after series of impressive performances in first 3 months club named southport s player of month both november 2015 , january 2016.


carlisle united

crocombe left oxford mutual consent , signed one-year deal carlisle united on 4 august 2016.


salford city

in may 2017 joined salford city. in october 2017 crocombe sent off during match against bradford park avenue urinating @ side of stand spectator made formal complaint , incident later reported police. crocombe subsequently posted apology on twitter , explained in uncomfortable position , made error of judgement spoiled great win .
