in november 2006, central texas regional mobility authority (ctrma) opened first segment of region s first toll road system. both state highway 130 , state highway 45 toll roads run through portions of austin , provide increased mobility city. state highway 130 prior 2013 ran south of austin bergstrom international airport @ highway 183 , ended @ interstate 35 north of georgetown. provides mobility , access easternmost part of austin , travis county, , allows residents in williamson county easy access airport. project, completed in october 2012, ends @ interstate 10 east of seguin, 30 miles east-northeast of san antonio. speed limit on newly completed stretch highest in united states @ 85 mph (137 km/h).
