this corn mill, converted dwelling. cast iron breast shot waterwheel 13 feet (3.96 m) 6 feet 6 inches (1.98 m). in september 1812, james weight, miller of brasted, claiming relief himself, wife , 5 children. man name of staples went name of chapman had leased mill in brasted in 1812; claimed relief in january 1815. mill ceased work in 1920s , machinery removed c. 1934.
