Player conduct off the field 2007 NFL season



the nflpa, led president gene upshaw , nfl commissioner roger goodell, worked player conduct in form of suspensions off field conduct in light of more fifty arrests local law enforcement since start of 2006 season. hardest hit came on april 10 when adam pacman jones of tennessee titans suspended entire season 5 arrests, blatant while in las vegas nba all-star weekend in february accused of causing riot/shooting in strip club. same day, chris henry of cincinnati bengals suspended first 8 games of season run-ins legal system. other big name has been caught in web of controversy falcons quarterback michael vick. vick charged on july 24, 2007 dogfighting , animal abuse, , suspended following guilty plea in case, on sentenced 23 months in prison (retroactive november) , 3 years probation on december 10.
