across padmini s palace kalika mata temple. originally, sun temple dated 8th century dedicated surya (the sun god) destroyed in 14th century. rebuilt kali temple.


another temple on west side of fort ancient goddess tulja bhavani temple built worship goddess tulja bhavani considered sacred. tope khana (cannon foundry) located next temple in courtyard, few old cannons still seen.
